RETURN WINDOW

1. Return period: 7 days from delivery confirmation date
2. Start time: Countdown begins when tracking status shows "Delivered"

PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS

1. Must use original manufacturer packaging for returns
2. $9.95 repackaging fee applies for damaged/missing packaging

REFUND CONDITIONS

1. Quality defects: Full refund + free return shipping
2. Change of mind: Refund excludes original shipping fees
3. Processing time: 3 business days after receiving returned items

CRITICAL DEADLINES

1. Damage reports: Must submit with photos within 24hrs of delivery
2. Order cancellations: Must request within 24hrs of purchase
