RETURN WINDOW
- Return period: 7 days from delivery confirmation date
- Start time: Countdown begins when tracking status shows "Delivered"
PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS
- Must use original manufacturer packaging for returns
- $9.95 repackaging fee applies for damaged/missing packaging
REFUND CONDITIONS
- Quality defects: Full refund + free return shipping
- Change of mind: Refund excludes original shipping fees
- Processing time: 3 business days after receiving returned items
CRITICAL DEADLINES
- Damage reports: Must submit with photos within 24hrs of delivery
- Order cancellations: Must request within 24hrs of purchase
